Fårup Lake - Fårup Sø - is 11 ms deep on the deepest spot and thus one of the area’s deepest lakes. Most of the lake’s water comes from springs in and around the lake. Grejs River takes its rise from the many springs in and around Fårup Lake. The lake is a distinct perch lake, but also has roach, bream, pike, sea trout and eel.    

Angling is possible from the bridge at the eastern end of the lake or from one of the rental boats. Boats can be rented at Fårup Sø Kiosk og Bådudlejning (kiosk and boat rental). You are not allowed to sail in your own boat on the lake. Guests are requested not to trespass on private property so do not fish from the lakeside. Tables and benches by the lake.  

Only the national fishing licence is required to fish in the lake.
