  • The Be Happy Pass app (BHP app) is provided by the LEGOLAND® Billund Resort Association, DK35705791, (hereinafter referred to as FLBR) and is subject to the following terms and conditions of use.
  • Use
    By using the BHP app, you accept these terms and conditions. FLBR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice or announcement. It is your responsibility to regularly review the published terms to stay informed about changes. Your continued use of the app after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended agreement.
  • Age Restriction
    To create a user profile, you must be at least 18 years old and ensure that your information is accurate. If FLBR discovers that you are under 18, FLBR reserves the right to delete your user profile without notice.
  • Availability
    While FLBR strives to ensure that the BHP app, its features, and its information are generally available 24 hours a day, FLBR cannot be held responsible if the BHP app, its related service, and/or the information it contains are wholly or partially unavailable for any reason. Access to the BHP app and its information and data may be temporarily or permanently suspended without notice.
  • Third-Party Content
    The BHP app contains materials and information submitted by third parties. Third parties are responsible for ensuring that the materials and information they submit for inclusion in the BHP app comply with national and relevant foreign laws. FLBR does not guarantee the accuracy of such material and disclaims any liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the material, misinterpretations, or any loss, disappointment, negligence, or damage caused by reliance on information in the BHP app, or any errors or alleged errors in the provision of the services referred to therein, including cases of bankruptcy, liquidation, or cessation of business of any company, person, or firm mentioned. Users should verify the accuracy and timeliness of the information with the respective companies and institutions.
  • Accuracy of Information
    FLBR, local partners, and content providers strive to ensure that the information in the BHP app and its associated service is accurate; however, no guarantee is given for its accuracy. Neither FLBR nor other content providers are liable for errors or omissions. The information in the BHP app may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, and the information may be changed or updated without notice.
    The BHP app does not constitute an offer or a contract but may contain links to other websites that could include offers or contracts. Prices and availability of information are subject to change without notice.
  • Notifications and Push Messages
    When using the BHP app, you can opt to receive push notifications. This service is optional, but for the full experience of the BHP app, it is recommended to enable this feature. You can change your settings at any time on your smartphone. Push notifications may include updates from experiences you follow, as well as useful information and offers from FLBR.
  • Location-Based Content
    By installing the BHP app, you agree to receive location-based content from our partners when you are at a given location. This content may include information about the location, nearby attractions, offers from partners, or other relevant content. Location-based content can be disabled by turning off the feature in the app settings or disabling push notifications in your phone’s settings.
  • Links to Other Websites
    The BHP app contains links to other websites not operated by FLBR. FLBR assumes no responsibility for the content or terms of use of any website linked from the BHP app. Linked websites are not under FLBR’s control, and FLBR is not responsible for the content of linked websites, any links within those websites, or any changes or updates to such websites. These links are provided for your convenience without any guarantees regarding the information included. This also applies to links to independent local partners, who may make their own adjustments to their websites.
  • Incorrect or Offensive Material
    If you, as a user, find that attractions, activities, events, etc., do not match their description in the BHP app, please contact info@legoland.dk. FLBR will then evaluate whether the content should be modified or removed.
  • Limitation of Liability
    FLBR is not responsible for any damage arising from the use of the BHP app or damage caused by incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information or material contained in the BHP app.
    FLBR is not liable for damage resulting from any actions or decisions taken based on the use of the BHP app or its information or materials.
    FLBR is not responsible for losses due to inaccuracies or incompleteness or for losses caused by issues inherent in the transmission of information through the BHP app.
    FLBR is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from access to or inability to access the BHP app and its contained information.
    FLBR is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to compensation for lost earnings, goodwill, usage, data, or other intangible losses incurred by users or third parties due to their access to or use of the BHP app and its information.
  • Invalid Terms
    If a term is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    Danish law applies to these terms and conditions, and any disputes shall be handled by the Court of Kolding as the first instance.

We take your privacy seriously and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The policy applies to all website visitors and users of the Be Happy Pass app.
