You can book a 1.5-hour workshop with a real Lego Master at the Lego Master Experience Centre. Highly recommended and more than worth the money. It takes place in a real brickroom, just like on TV.

We received 1.5 hours of instruction on making round shapes; no time to lose... it went lightning fast! After building an apple, pineapple, and pear step-by-step, we were given another 15 minutes to whip something up ourselves following the method we had been taught. With a ticking clock and a brickroom where everything was within reach, it was incredibly stressful. In the end, we got to take everything home in a box; it was great fun! The Lego House also features beautiful large structures and various areas where you can let your creativity run wild, such as making stop-motion videos, building a minifigure that then dances on screen, building a minifigure and putting it on a poster, building cars and racing them against each other, building a fish that you can make swim on screen, remote-controlled robots that create a garden, and designing flowers—it is really great fun and guarantees a day full of laughter, if that is what you are into, of course. Upon entry, you receive a wristband with a code on it, which you can use to download your creations and experiences 28 days after your visit. Downstairs, there is also an exhibition of Lego from the Zero to the Present. And if you wish, you can 'build' your own food in the restaurant, after which it is brought to your table by a small robot.

The shop is also accessible without a ticket. The shop is smaller than the shop in Legoland but is well-organized and features items exclusive to the Lego House.
