No problems checking in, had the booths and the desk and staff at both. Rooms bit noisy with excited kids everywhere! Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Hit with a large £114 parking fine as not sure how to use the parking discs, and had to park a good 10 minutes walk from our room.

Hotel great for little and bigs kids alike, Lego everywhere to play with, two big walls that people made national flags or their names or simple pictures on. Breakfast buffet lots of choices. Films in the evening to fill the time once the Park closes.

We wandered in to Billund through the Skulpturpark for evening meals (about 15 mins) so can't comment of those.

Every thing was fine but the rooms were without air conditioning, in the middle of the summer! It was so hot , and there weren’t even water we had to get out and buy some while we were tired , they told us the check out on 12 pm but at 11 they were already knocking the door and entering our rooms while we were still asleep , they even charged us 400 for the delay!!!!!

Het hotel ligt direct naast Legoland, waar je vanuit het hotel direct toegang krijgt tot het park. De kamers zijn voorzien van Lego en vooral ingericht voor kinderen.

L'hotel è davanti legoland con accesso interno prioritario. Le camere, non troppo spaziose, sono tutte a tema. La colazione è varia e buona. C'è un piccolo shop interno, un'area giochi Nintendo per piccoli e grandi e il ristorante per pranzo e cena. Se arrivate in anticipo c'è una stanza dove depositare i bagagli senza sovra costi ( non è scontato in danimarca ). Il personale è tutto molto cortese. La struttura è consigliata. Qua do fate la prenotazione avete la possibilità di acquistare anche I biglietti per il parco. Struttura consigliata.
