A rip-off! The princess room is incredibly expensive and old, I even counted cobwebs! There's no phone in the rooms to talk to reception, the hotel doesn't have a pool, the room doesn't have a safe, the bathroom is old and only has a curtain. To have lunch or dinner there you'll spend at least R$1000 for a so-so meal for 3 people.

The biggest rip-off I've ever been in, meaning it has nothing and costs a fortune.

We stayed in the Princess Room (Room 1404) on the ground floor, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.

The room was dark, and the bathroom had a strong urine smell. We also found silverfish in several places, including the bathroom, on the bedroom carpet, and even on the ironing board. This was unacceptable, especially for a family hotel.

The breakfast felt more like a school cafeteria than a hotel restaurant. The food quality was poor, and there were very few healthy options for children.

We expected much better from the LEGOLAND Castle Hotel, especially considering the price. Sadly, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Very disappointing stay at LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel in Billund.

The room was dirty — we even found silverfish. The bed sheets were stained, and the trash was not removed during our stay. The carpet was not vacuumed, and the beds were made very carelessly.

The bathroom had no window, and the ventilation fan was not working.

The restaurant feels like a large, impersonal hall and lacks any kind of cozy or thoughtful atmosphere.

The staff were not particularly friendly or accommodating.

For a family resort, we expected much more attention to detail and a child-friendly experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
